We have a range of accommodation options to best suit your budget, and of course, we pick you up directly from your accommodation to take you to the waves.
The wellentine pensions and campsite are all located on the picturesque bay of Plentzia / Gorliz, two small villages which have merged, both with beautiful conjoining beaches, and an attractive harbour. Restaurants, bars and shops are all within walking distance, but there is an easy public transport connection via the Metro, which takes you to the centre of Bilbao in 45 minutes.
We have an extremely comfortable, high quality bed and breakfast accommodation set on a cliff with breathtaking views out to sea. This option is slightly removed from the bustle of the village to offer a romantic and restful break in between surfing and exploring. It is easily accessible by public transport, although hiring a car would offer greater flexibility. However collection for the surf classes is included in the price.

We have two pensions which offer simple, clean rooms with en-suite washing facilities. The toilet is shared. These are both conveniently located in Gorliz /Plentzia.

For families or groups we have 10 bungalows available for 4 to 6 people. They have a furnished kitchen, bathroom, dining/living room, hot water, heating, refrigerator, sheets, blankets, towels, TV and a terrace with table and chairs, where you can sit enjoying a beer after a hard days’ surfing. The bungalows are based at the campsite in the town of Gorliz, 10 minutes’ walk from the beach. There is a beautiful beachside promenade which leads you to bars, restaurants and shops. A park next door has barbeque grills overlooking the beach.
The bungalows all have one double bed, then a choice of single beds and / or bunk beds.

The most cost-effective option. The campsite at Gorliz is very near the beach with its beautiful bay. It has a shop and restaurant on-site, plus bathrooms, showers, washing machines and barbeque grills. The other bars, restaurants and shops of Gorliz and Plentzia are all easy walking distance, although there is a bus stop directly outside the camp-site. A twenty-minute walk (or short bus ride) gets you to the Metro station which can take you straight to the centre of Bilbao.
