Holger Rautenberg, has been living and working in the Basque Country for over ten years. He recognised the potential for developing fantastic surf holidays for independent travellers, and since 2004 has been working alongside the local surfing-industry, opening up this gorgeous location for visitors.

He has built up a great team of bilingual surfing instructors, chosen not only for their qualifications but their ability to push your boundaries and have great fun.

Juliet Cowper has recently joined the team in the communications office. With a Masters in Adventure Tourism Management, she brings a wider experience of managing and working within the adventure tourism field. She is committed to developing wellentime, providing a quality experience for our customers.
