Preparation & fitness

It is easy to underestimate the surf. You need strength, agility and a good sense of balance. In order to really benefit from your surfing experience, we recommend a few different physical exercises to help prepare you. Ideally these should be done in the 4 weeks run up to departure. The following selection of exercises can be done easily at home with no specialised equipment needed.
